Ekaterina Grushanina, 23-years-old and stands 5’10”, was crowned Miss Tourism Queen International 2009 during the grand finals that took place on Friday, August 28, 2009, at the New Henan Art Centre in Zhengzhou City, Henan Province, China.
Miss Malaysia, Cassandra Patrick managed to advance to Top 20. Not bad.. not bad at all!
She is my favourite in Miss Malaysia Universe 2009.
