It was quite awkward although it doesn’t feel that awkward- if you know what I mean!
I was appointed as a trainer for Universiti Putra Malaysia’s (UPM) IMAGE, PROTOCOL & COMMUNICATION course. The feeling of stepping out in front of a sea of people to share my knowledge on what to wear was reminiscent of my lecturers teaching us how to read financial statements. I still remember the colour of UPM’s matrix card with my name printed on it with title Bachelor Degree in Accountancy student.
I miss those days. Days when life was free and never in a million years did I imagine that one day I would become an image consultant standing on the very same podium. My dream was to become accountant!
I am glad I chose to be me!
