Hafiz Mustapha is a professional speaker, image consultant, author, blogger, and the founder and owner of CuteCarry Sdn. Bhd. He also manages the blogs under the domains www.cutecarry.com and www.cutecarry.cc. Throughout his professional career, tens of thousands of participants have attended courses and training programs under his guidance.

His areas of expertise encompass the ABC Image concept . Appearance, Behavior, and Communication as well as Protocol & Etiquette, Customer Service, Business Presentation, Motivation, 5S (workplace organization methodology), Law of Attraction, event management, and various professional fields related to image and personality development. Throughout his experience, various leading organizations have benefited from his services in branding, mystery shopping, customer management, and image consulting, including McDonald's, Perodua Malaysia, Andalusia Travel, as well as various government agencies and private organizations across Malaysia.

Currently, he holds the position of Vice President of the Federation of Image Professionals International (FIPI) Malaysia. He holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting and furthered his studies in Media Communications, specializing in media and image at Ripa College, London, United Kingdom.

He possesses extensive experience in public relations and was previously appointed as the Head of Corporate Communications at a local agency. His responsibilities included media relations management, corporate and public sector communications, event management from the organizational to the national level, and various related strategic communication functions.

In 2007, he was awarded the Pingat Ahli Mangku Pahang (AMP) by His Royal Highness the Sultan of Pahang in recognition of his contributions. His professional principle emphasizes an approach that empowers an individual's personality without altering their overall identity, but rather enhancing their self-potential, appearance, and professional confidence. His expertise in image consulting led to his appointment by the Malaysian Government as a National Occupational Skills Standard (NOSS) Panelist for the Image Consulting field under the Ministry of Human Resources. This panel is responsible for developing the standards for education, training, and professional certification for image consultants in Malaysia.
