Like a diamond, a HIT (High Impact Team) is a team that is able to manage environmental pressure and elevate personal quality and team excellence to the highest level.
Like a diamond, a HIT (High Impact Team) is a team that is capable of managing change and increasing environmental and internal pressures that have a huge impact on the team and the environment.
Therefore, through this HIT (High Impact Team) program, participants will explore, appreciate and enjoy learning experiences that will boost personal and team excellence.

HIT (High Impact Team) is implemented based on a dynamic blend of active reflection with reflective action.
The methodology applied will focus on a balance of theoretical and practical aspects as well as a balance of activities inside and outside the classroom based on seven critical factors that have been identified.

MODULAR FRAMEWORK
Module 1 ( Compass ) The core of this module is the appreciation of self-insight which is a powerful basic value that generates more effective self-development. Efforts to perfect this self-insight become more effective when superimposed on the organizational vision. This effective appreciation will strengthen the employee’s self-commitment towards personal excellence and organizational excellence.
Module 2 ( Compatibility ) The core of this module is the appreciation of the diversity and personal uniqueness of each organizational supporter. The emphasis of this module is to generate understanding, acceptance and adaptation as well as integration of all these diversity and differences. This will generate the foundations of personal development and organizational development more effectively.
Module 3 (Leadership) The core of this module is the appreciation of leadership practices and followership more effectively. Emphasis will be given to the wisdom of applying practices to the realities of the current and future environments. This effective appreciation will strengthen the commitment of leaders and followers in an interconnected and complementary manner.
Module 4 (Communication) The core of this module is the appreciation of more effective communication practices. Emphasis will be given to increasing awareness and strengthening skills in nurturing inter-personal relationships as well as sending and receiving messages in the workplace. This will smooth the organization’s continuity in fulfilling the personal needs of employees and the needs of the organization.
Module 5 (Collaboration) The core of this module is the appreciation of “win-win” practices in every transaction of organizational life in a more conscious and planned manner. Emphasis is given to the impact of practices in fulfilling individual needs and organizational needs. This effective appreciation will build the foundation for a surge in organizational activities.
Module 6 (Commitment) The core of this module is the appreciation of basic values which are critical factors in the effectiveness of the supporting role of the organization and the development of the organization. Emphasis will be given to strengthening the role based on the noble values that are to be implemented.
Module 7 (Creativity) The core of this module is the appreciation of creative practices that consistently build and nurture personal and organizational development. Emphasis will be given to generating assessment, enrichment and enrichment activities that can enhance the role of organizational supporters more effectively.
