CuteCarry suka dengan bab hakcipta terpelihara tu… little black dress circa 1926 by Coco Chanel tu jangan sapa tiru tau!! Tetapi jangan cepat melatah, kita tak tahu kisah sebenar disebalik kisah ni, jangan nak judge sebelum kita menyiasat lebih lanjut ye.
So…amatlah rugi jika designer kita hanya mengabaikan bisnes pakaian muslim! Peluang amat terbuka luas. Good luck and hope you can design better than Coco Chanel!”

SHAH ALAM: Two tudung entrepreneurs are at loggerheads over designs said to have spawned copycats.
The spat became public on one of the companies’ Facebook fanpage, prompting the other to file a RM1mil defamatory suit over the postings.
The owners of Syarikat Mama Secret Industry – Nor Ainna Ibrahim, 32, and her husband Azman M. Salleh, 34, who run a tudung business under the name Butik Mama – have sued Faridah Zakaria, who owns the tudung brand Fareeda.
Legal action: Nor Ainna with her lawyers Adnan Seman (centre) and Ahmad Hafiz Zubir.
In the statement of claim, the plaintiffs claimed that Faridah sent an e-mail on Aug 9 last year, accusing them of selling tudung with designs copied from her and asking them to stop selling the products.
On the same day, the plaintiffs denied the accusation in an e-mail reply.
The plaintiffs further claimed that the defendant posted untrue and defamatory statements on the Fareeda… Nyata Jelita fanpage, which has more than 140,000 fans.
The plaintiffs also claimed that they had received complaints from Butik Mama dealers who said they were threatened via e-mail, SMS and the fanpage, to stop selling Butik Mama’s “counterfeit” products or face legal action.
They claimed the postings damaged Butik Mama’s reputation and the business suffered losses. They asked the court to grant an injunction to stop the defendant or its agents from publishing any defamatory material, virtual or printed, against the plaintiffs.
They sought RM1mil in general damages, unspecified aggravated and exemplary damages, interest, costs and other relief deemed fit by the court.
Nor Ainna and Azman were represented by lawyer Adnan Seman.
