This course aims to help participants strengthen their leadership and personal effectiveness through effective communication. Intrapersonal and Interpersonal Communication includes the development of self-confidence, leadership skills, and the ability to influence and guide others through effective communication. Participants will be trained in oral, written and online Communication Techniques. The knowledge of appropriate word usage to account for generational differences will be carried out theoretically and practically.
