Hafiz Mustapha is a speaker, image consultant, writer, blogger and founder of CuteCarry Sdn Bhd and owner of the blog with the domains Cutecarry.com & Cutecarry.cc. More than one hundred thousand participants have taken courses under his supervision. His expertise is in the fields of ABCD IMAGE (Appearance, Behaviour, Communication, Development), Protocol & Ethics, Customer Service, Business Development, Motivation, Law of Attraction, Event Management and various related fields. Among the clients who have sought his services in the fields of branding, mystery shopper and customer and image management are McDonalds, Perodua Malaysia, Andalusia Travel and also private and government agencies throughout Malaysia.
After successfully obtaining a Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, he studied Media Communication, which focuses on media and image, at Ripa College London, United Kingdom. He previously held the position of Diplomatic Administrative Officer (PTD) under the Malaysian Government for 10 years from Grade M41 to Grade M48. After several years in public relations, he was appointed as Head of Corporate Communications in a local agency. The scope of work includes media relations, corporate and public sectors, event/ceremony management from agency to national levels and other related fields.
