It’sblack and it’s ‘feathery’,’lacey’ and really black because it is swan. If Bjork is a white swan on Academy Awards Red Carpet, Kimberly Legget Miss Malaysia Universe 2012 dress will be black swan on the stage.

Kimberly Legget is wearing black swan dress by Jovin Mandagie. I would say it is kinda dramatic. I believe this is only part of the costume. There will be more  probably, like a headgear- accessories or anything!
